Michael Burns, MBA President, Board of Director
Michael Burns is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. He spent 10 years with AT&T and Nortel Networks, serving in leadership positions across sales, marketing, and management.
In 1998, Michael founded Burns Novelty and Toy Company, successfully growing the business through disciplined strategic planning and operational excellence before its eventual sale. Since then, he has led numerous product launches, provided consulting services to emerging companies, and served as CEO and CFO for multiple organizations.
Michael has overseen international manufacturing operations and conducted business throughout North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
Tammy Cyphert
Chief Operations Officer
Tammy has 28 years of global technology business operations experience.
Previously, Tammy was Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Manufacturing at the Intel Corporation.
She possesses a broad knowledge of global customer and supply chain management.
Brian Cyphert
Director Research and Development
Brian brings a unique blend of military leadership, engineering expertise, and board-level experience.
He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and began his career as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy.
After advanced flight training, he earned his Wings and served as a Mission Commander and Tactical Coordinator aboard P-3 Orion anti-submarine warfare aircraft.
Following military service, Brian joined Intel Corporation's Chipset Division as a Component Design Engineer. While at Intel, he also served on the American River College Foundation Board, including two years as Board Chair.
Terry Woodruff

With over 40 years of combined frontline business experience, Terry has a broad and unique business profile.
After California State University at Sacramento, Terry joined the American National Insurance Company and quickly rose to national prominence and became the District Manager of the Northern California Region.
In 2005, Terry’s business acumen and growth strategies lead to the development and ownership of a Lodi Winery, M2 Vintners Inc.

An expert at marketing, communications, and public relations, Chris has spent more than 20 years developing award-winning brands and marketing campaigns in a variety of sectors.
From some of the largest development projects undertaken in North America to massive tech migrations and improvements, Chris has formed highly-successful teams and marketing programs, developed best in class content, and utilize storytelling to solve client problems and generate revenue.

Marc is the inventor of two products developed by Autoventions - the TrailerSentry remote brake locking system and the Automatically Applied Braking System.
As patented solutions, Marc recognized needs in the transportation industry for safety and cargo theft innovations. With 35+ years experience working on gasoline and diesel engines, Marc provides support for technical issues and trains client personnel.

The team behind AutoVentions saw the pattern years ago and asked a simple question:

That question became an engineering obsession.
