Composed of a mixture of high-viscosity organics. Xpand™ is carried to friction points by mixing it into motor oil, hydraulic fluid, air conditioning oils, greases. Xpand™ is completely compatible with all conventional and synthetic engine oils.
Our conditioner creates activated transition metal atoms that serve as interstitials, filling the slip plane within the first five-micron lattice of the treated metal. The resultant close-packed lattice is a smoother and more durable alloy, greatly reducing the friction between contact surfaces. The highly active chemical properties are utilized to promote this mechanism while eliminating oxidizing potential.
